This book, my friends, is for everyone as I have never met someone who doesn’t know someone who is bipolar and struggling. It helped me and it will help you too regardless of whether you have a bipolar diagnosis or know a loved one who is struggling. It’s bloody brilliant – funny, vulnerable, insightful and I could go on and on – but I said it all in my 5 star review, a very personal story about my own life and why I needed to read this book.
